I’ve also started doing company profiles. Think the Acquired podcast but more cinematic. Like a movie At the end of this week, I am releasing a profile on Lego. That should be fun.

The reason I fired my entire team is because I delegated too early. As Job van der Voort would sasy, as a founder, “it’s all my fault”. And i wasn’t internalising that enough. So moving forward, i’m even more deeply involved in the editing, scripting, research and production of every episode.

I hope that way, and by increasing the volume the quality for you will be noticeably better 5 days from now, 5 weeks from now, and ultimately 5 years from now.
